Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
This position will manage the inbound and outbound campaigns for Sal PL Prime. The person will be responsible to drive higher feed to the Call Center fro increasing overall business volume.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Managing Inbound and Outbound Campaigns for Sal PL Prime Call Centers
- Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metrics
- Liase with COE and Marketing to execute campaigns
- Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Good experience of MS Excel
- Functional understanding of UNICA and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
