Accountant

We are hiring an experienced Accountant to independently manage end-to-end accounting operations for our manufacturing business. This is not a bookkeeping role — we expect someone who owns compliance, finalizes statements, and works with minimal supervision.
**Minimum requirements (non-negotiable)**
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Hands-on Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime (daily usage, not just familiarity)
- Direct experience filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9 independently
- TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing (Form 26Q)
- Balance sheet finalization and statutory audit coordination

**What you'll handle**
- GST and TDS compliance — monthly and annual filings, reconciliation
- Full books of accounts in Tally — sales, purchases, journals, expenses
- Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow preparation for audit
- Raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory accounting
- Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and CA firms
- Income tax computation support
- MIS reports for management
- Payroll processing with PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax compliance

**Qualifications**
- B.Com or equivalent (CA Inter / M.Com preferred)
- Strong MS Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS dashboards
- Exposure to SAP, Zoho Books, or any ERP beyond Tally is a plus
- Good communication in English and Hindi
