Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day accounting tasks using computerized accounting systems
• Handle taxation processes including GST, TDS, and Income Tax, ensuring timely filing of returns
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for smooth financial operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a logistics company
• Proficiency in computerized accounting
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax, including return filing
