Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at our Satara location. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, recording and reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing payroll, budgeting, assisting with audits, and preparing tax filings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in accounting principles, financial reporting, and record-keeping
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and preparing financial statements
- Experience in budget management, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and manage tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or machinery industry is a plus
