Job Description
- Creates detailed and accurate spreadsheets to convey financial information.
- Make necessary suggestion to assist the improvement of non-efficient processes.
- Proficiency in local taxation forecast and tax compliance filings.
- Writes reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
- Assist in leading the month-end close and consolidation process to ensure timelines for reporting are achieved.
- Assist management with demonstrating working process during training new data entry staff/ new Junior/Assistant Accountants.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of and review the work performed by one or more accountants.
- Responds effectively to very sensitive inquiries and complaints.
- Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and teaching skills.
- Must be a self-starter with minimum supervision and makes good independent judgments.
- Team subject matter expert
- Experience with Multinational corporate (MNCs) accounting is preferred.
- Experience in handling local accounting standards as well as US accounting standards is preferred.
- Qualified CPA or equivalent is preferred.
