Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Hyderabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The accountant will also assist with budgeting and payroll preparation and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation
• Strong skills in accounting software, spreadsheets, and data analysis
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical reasoning abilities
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred)
• Prior experience in corporate or industrial accounting is preferred
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, GST)
• Experience in client billing, revenue reconciliation & MIS reporting.
• Prior experience in Security / Manpower / Facility Management industry preferred.
