Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing budgets, monitoring financial transactions, performing reconciliations, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. The Accountant will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Experience with accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Ability to prepare budgets, financial reports, and conduct financial analysis
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CA or CPA are a plus
