Founded in 2014 and based in Gurugram, Loop Solar is a top distributor of solar products (like Adani Solar and Hitachi). We supply solar equipment across India through a network of 13 warehouses spanning 8 states, serving over 1,000 solar installers and EPC companies.

The Role: Accountant

• Type: Full-time, On-site
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana
• Core Focus: This role is all about handling daily accounts, invoicing, and keeping our books immaculate. The main challenge Managing complex Multi-GST operations across our 13 nationwide warehouses.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Invoicing & Bookkeeping (Tally): Handle day-to-day billing and maintain clean financial records for our trading operations.
• Multi-GST Operations: Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and regular GST Returns across 8 different states.
• Financial Management: Handle payroll processing, reconcile bank statements, and resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Reporting & Audits: Prepare financial statements, help with budget planning, and support the team during audits.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

• Tally Expert: Strong, hands-on experience with Invoicing (Tally) and Book Keeping (Tally) - Trading Business.
• GST Specialist: Solid understanding of Multi-GST operations and filing GST Returns for multi-location businesses.
• Background: Past experience in an Accounting Firm is highly preferred.
• Skills: Great attention to detail, sharp problem-solving skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
