Accountant

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting and will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
