Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the company's financial records, statutory compliance, payroll processing, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure financial accuracy while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Manage GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Process employee payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Manage vendor records and process vendor payments.
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA in Finance is preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an IT, SaaS, software development, or service-based organization.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS preparation.
