Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices and payroll. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting audits, contributing to budget preparation, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. The Accountant will play a key role in maintaining transparency and operational excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Skills in Account Reconciliation, Financial Analysis, and Tax Compliance
• Experience with Accounting Software, such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the transportation or technology sector is a plus
• Hand on Tally is must
