This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for accurately maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and overseeing budgeting processes. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking expenses, reconciling bank statements, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. The Accountant will collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and improve reporting accuracy.

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including proficiency in preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret financial data.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CA or CPA) are a plus.
• Experience in the real estate or property management sector is an added advantage.
