Roles and Responsibilities : -

• Review and process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring that all invoices are accurate, properly coded, and approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process payment batches
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and related documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status, discrepancies, and other payment-related issues.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analyses as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.
