We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role is suitable for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in accounting, looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Monitor and analyze financial performance and variances.
Assist with tax preparation and compliance.
Maintain and update accounting systems and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during reviews.
