EaseMyDeal is a fast-scaling fintech platform transforming how users engage with financial products. We're seeking a detail-driven Accountant to join our finance team and work closely with the CFO. If you're passionate about precision, compliance, and financial storytelling, this role offers deep exposure in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger integrity
- Prepare financial reports, MIS dashboards, and support month-end closures
- Manage budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
- Oversee payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR cycles
- Ensure compliance with GST, taxation norms, and statutory regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial operations
Preferred Skill Set
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory filings
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced setup
- Prior experience in FinTech or startup finance roles is a strong plus
