Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Accountant to oversee the entire accounting function of a manufacturing organization, encompassing branch and head office operations. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of TDS, GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting, coupled with practical expertise in Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting operations for the company, including branch and head office accounts.

- Ensure compliance and timely filing of TDS, GST, and Income Tax.

- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and financial reports.

- Manage subsidiary company accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

- Conduct timely reconciliation of bank statements, ledgers, and statutory records.

- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to accounting standards and statutory requirements.

- Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.

- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timely task completion.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting for a Manufacturing Company.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.

- Hands-on expertise in Tally and MS Excel.

- Experience in finalizing accounts and financial reporting.

- Excellent administrative and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Preferably a resident of NCR or nearby locations.
