Position: Account Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant who can manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations using Tally, Zoho Books, and other tools
  • Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST filing & reconciliation
  • Handle TDS calculations, payments, and returns
  • Assist in audit preparation and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments on financial planning and reporting

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS office
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and follow-up skills

Preferred Profile:

  • Proactive and organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in an IT services company is a plus

Qualification:

  • Post-Graduation (M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent)
  • Professional Courses like CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)
