Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure the maintenance of accurate financial records. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing tax filings, budgeting, and financial analysis. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and collaborating with other team members to support the financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance with applicable regulations
- Strong skills in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other relevant software
- Knowledge of tax filing processes, financial reporting, and budget management
- Analytical mindset for financial data analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaborative skills for cross-team coordination
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required; relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are a plus
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or electrical industry is preferred but not mandatory
