Responsibilities
- Track and verify rent collections, security deposits, and other charges through the
company's software/app.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records for all Hostel/PG properties using the company
software.
- Prepare monthly reports, estimates, and Profit & Loss (P&L) sheets for respective
hostels.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately updated in the app in real time.
- Manage security deposit records and settlement during tenant check-outs.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions within the app and accounting
software.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to resolve financial queries.
- Monitor advance payments, refunds, and other settlements to maintain accurate ledgers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field accounting, or property management.
- Must be willing to travel as per company requirements.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms or app-based accounting systems.
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
