Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll processing, reconciling accounts, and preparing budgets. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, providing accurate financial reports, and supporting audits and tax filings. The Accountant will work closely with management to provide insights for decision-making and support day-to-day financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Expertise in payroll processing and account reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
• Familiarity with financial compliance, audits, and tax filings
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ZohoBooks) and MS Excel
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are an advantage
