Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Accountant Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, vendor payments, expense management, and maintaining financial records accurately. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally and basic accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain day-to-day company expenses and financial records.
• Manage vendor accounts and process vendor payments on time.
• Maintain purchase, payment, and expense entries in Tally.
• Verify bills, invoices, and payment documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment-related queries.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and account statements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support the Finance Manager in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and financial data management.
• Follow company financial policies and compliance procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to good knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
