Job Summary
Looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, tax filing, and financial assessments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial transactions.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries and ledger management.
- Prepare and manage financial statements and reports.
- Assist with tax assessments and compliance requirements.
- Manage and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns as applicable.
- Ensure timely tax filing and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 3 years in accounting or finance roles.
- Qualification: M.Com or any relevant accounting qualification.
- Preference: Candidates pursuing or having CA Inter / CMA Inter will be given preference.
- Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting standards.
