Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL) management and Month-End Closing/Reporting processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting systems, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage General Ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of all financial entries.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Prepare and review month-end reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (or related field).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, with focus on General Ledger and Month-End Close.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
