- Pre-Audits before end of Financial Year

- Review of financials- Year End Adjustments

- Liaising with Finance Manager/ strata Managers/ Auditors

- Corresponding with Auditor regarding all Financial year ends

- Non -Audits finalisation - Preparation of Financial year end checklist checklist

- Levy Reconciliation - Management Fee Reconciliation by last week of Month

- Updating AGM's Outstanding

- Check for Audits/ Non-Audits and listing to Incite Auditor

- Submitting Financials Audit/ Non-Audit to Strata Managers

- Budgeting BMC / Strata Plan Budgets working with Committees/ Strata Managers/ Finance Manager

- Accessing No Reply Inbox and queries to all Interim Reports

- Accounting code changes and answering all queries to Committees/
