Job Description:

Design Factory India is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, and cash/bank records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors and consultants
• Ensure accuracy and timely closing of accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
• 23 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred) and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
