We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant for a full-time, on-site position. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and conduct variance analysis to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and resolve issues.
