Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Vadodara. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling daily bookkeeping activities, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of tax filings and financial reports. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team with audits and other compliance-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial record management
- Accuracy and attention to detail in managing accounts payable and receivable
- Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation and tax filings
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools; familiarity with MS Excel and related applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles will be an advantage
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance best practices is a plus
- knowledge of Tally ERP 9 is must
