The DAV Group - Chennai, was established in 1970 at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. The Group today, caters to over 40,000 students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It has a staff of 2000 plus which includes 1,700 teachers. Four of our branches have been consistently ranked amongst top 15 schools in the country.

In addition to K-12 schooling, DAV has recently ventured into Higher Education with DAV-SMK Fomra College of Arts & Science at Kelambakkam, Chennai.

Requisites:

• The applicant must have reasonable( At least 3 years) experience in handling accounts / Book keeping/ Tally and should have sound working knowledge on Accounting concepts, including PF / ESI / GST , etc.
• The applicant must preferably be a accounts degree holder. Experience in schools will be an added advantage.
• The roles and responsibilities of the job would include and not be limited to:
• Handle the accounts of the schools and coordinate with the other departments for payroll and other activities
• Good command over English language.
• Must be a good team player to coordinate with different teams in the organization.
• Functional knowledge in MS Office suite, particularly Excel will be an added advantage

Pay: 30K CTC/ month onwards

Compensation will commensurate with experience & calibre
