We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Professional to manage accounting operations, GST compliance, financial reporting, and business analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with GST processes, and proficiency in Zoho Books and other accounting tools.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Accounting and Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and periodic account reviews.
GST And Statutory Compliance
- Prepare, verify, and maintain GST invoices and related documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Reconcile GST input and output tax records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Financial Analysis And Reporting
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Zoho And System Management
- Manage accounting and reporting through Zoho Books and related Zoho applications.
- Ensure accurate data entry and system reconciliation.
- Generate customized reports and dashboards from Zoho.
- Support automation and process improvements within accounting systems.
Documentation And Audit Support
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation.
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations, invoicing, and compliance.
- Experience working with Zoho Books, Tally, ERP systems, or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in R& D and manufacturing industries with a strong understanding of production costing, inventory accounting, and financial controls is preferred.
