About the Role:

Chronikle World is looking for an experienced E-commerce Accountant to manage the financial operations of our growing online business. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Busy software, have strong knowledge of online order reconciliation, and understand e-commerce accounting processes across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.

Record all sales, purchase, and expense entries in Busy software.

Handle online order reconciliation for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree, etc.) and bank statements.

Track and manage inventory, returns, and vendor payments.

Prepare and file GST returns, ensure compliance with TDS and other statutory norms.

Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit coordination.

Work closely with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (preferably in the e-commerce sector).

Mandatory proficiency in Busy Accounting Software.

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and e-commerce reconciliation.

Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable in handling confidential financial data.
