Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Accountant. The Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, reconciling accounts, processing invoices and payments, and performing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and support audit preparations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, process-driven, and deadline-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
- Basic communication skills for internal coordination
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis

- Experience with Accounting Software, Bookkeeping, and Excel
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
