Boomlet Media is a fast-growing digital and influencer marketing agency working with leading brands across industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team and support our operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.
- Oversee GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports including revenue dashboards, expense tracking, project profitability, outstanding payments, and monthly financial summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track budgets, expenses, and project-wise financials.
- Assist in audits and ensure all financial documents are maintained as per compliance standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CA Inter is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in an agency or service-based environment).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS formatting).
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
