Hiring: Accountant/ Bookkeeper(Payroll Specialist – Canada) – Join Our Team

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Shift: Monday to Friday EST Shifts.

Upstaff is looking for an experienced Accountant (Payroll Specialist – Canada) with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and Canadian payroll. This role is focused on managing bookkeeping and payroll tasks for Canadian clients. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in Canadian accounting practices, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process Canadian payroll
  • Maintain and organize bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
  • Manage ROEs, source deductions, payroll taxes, and invoicing
  • Assist with tax preparation and ensure payroll compliance with Canadian regulations

Requirements:

  • Expertise in QuickBooks Online
  • Hands-on experience with Canadian payroll
  • Familiarity with ROEs, source deductions, and compliance requirements in Canada
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
