This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Pune. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting. The Accountant will also handle tax filings, payroll processing, and coordinate audits.

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Experience with tax filings and payroll processing
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus
