Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing ledgers, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role also entails preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in audits. Attention to detail and adherence to processes are key aspects of the daily tasks for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax preparation and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus.
