Position Overview:
As the Accountant responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, administrative tasks,
and attending to office visitors, your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities
aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Your role as the accountant at our organization is pivotal in maintaining the financial health
of the company, facilitating efficient administrative processes, and creating a positive
impression on visitors. Your dedication to accuracy, organization, and excellent
communication skills will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Accounting Responsibilities.
Administrative Responsibilities.
Office Visitor Management.

Procurements
Adherence to Policies.
GST filling.
With day-to-day responsibilities like -
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and
receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Handle day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Processing purchase & maintaining logistics
Handle the accounting responsibilities associated with the sister concerns of Makers
Muse.
Manage day-to-day office and business operations.
Handle procurement activities and vendor coordination.
Oversee stock management and maintain inventory records.
Coordinate with work-related parties, agencies, and vendors; travel locally or outstation if
required.
Understand and operate new software or platforms that are crucial for company
operations and business processes.
Compensation and Location
Salary: Upto INR 25,000 per month
Additional Perks: PF, Mobile Allowance, Laptop, Health Insurance.
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
Location: Khejdi Mata Ka Prachin Mandir, Khejdi Choraha, Sector 14, Hiran Magri,
Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Eligibility:
Minimum Education: Graduate
Experience Required: Experienced Only
Minimum Experience: 3 years
English: Basic English
Skills required: MS Office, Tally, Gst, Office management, Stock management, Purchase
