Job Summary
We are looking for a
Fresher Accountant to join our finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, strong numerical skills, and willingness to learn company-specific financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks
- Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, and financial records
- Support the preparation of invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
- Help in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for documentation
- Maintain accurate filing systems for bills, receipts, and statements
- Follow accounting standards and company policies
- Support the senior accountant in audits and internal reviews
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debit/credit, ledgers, GST basics)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table basics preferred)
- Good communication and numerical skills
- Ability to learn accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books/Odoo training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a professional office environment
Education
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
