Required skills & experience:

Core: Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

Payments: Razorpay Dashboard, PayU, Stripe, Bank Portals (HDFC/ICICI net banking)

Compliance: GST Portal, TDS Portal, Income Tax Portal

Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Invoice generation and follow-up with clients (India + International)
• Vendor payments and contractor payout processing (INR + USD)
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• GST filing preparation and TDS compliance support
• Expense tracking and reimbursement processing
• Maintaining organized financial records and documentation
• Assisting CA with audits and statutory filings
• MIS reports and financial dashboards for leadership
• Proficiency in Tally Prime (latest version) — mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros)
• Experience with Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online — mandatory
• Strong knowledge of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation), TDS, and Indian tax

• Experience with Razorpay / PayU / Stripe dashboards for payment reconciliation
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and cloud-based accounting workflows
