Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Account & Sales Manager who can independently manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead handling to closure, onboarding, account management, upselling, and long-term customer success.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ownership-driven environments and understands how sales and client servicing work in a marketing agency setup.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales funnel independently (lead handling, pitching, closing)

Handle global client accounts across industries and regions

Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover into execution

Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale

Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM

Ensure strong after-sales support and customer success

Achieve a minimum target of 2 sales closures per month

Build long-term relationships to improve retention and lifetime value

Who You Should Be

Experience in sales within a marketing agency (mandatory)

Comfortable managing both sales + account responsibilities

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Self-driven and capable of working without heavy supervision

Organized, process-oriented, and disciplined with CRM usage

Comfortable working with international clients and timelines

Experience & Qualifications

No strict experience requirement, but prior agency sales experience is essential

Any educational background is acceptable

Practical knowledge and execution ability matter more than degrees
