Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize B2B performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The role requires strong hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and clear client communication to drive qualified leads and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with client business goals, target audience, and funnel stages
  • Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis for B2B clients
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROI
  • Create and test ad creatives, copies, landing page recommendations, and funnels in coordination with design/content teams
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, clearly explaining strategies, performance, and next steps
  • Proactively suggest scaling opportunities, budget reallocations, and growth experiments
  • Ensure timely communication, meeting participation, and alignment with internal teams and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, funnels, and nurturing journeys
  • Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, and attribution models
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines independently
