Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer with 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for both Indian and international (KPO) clients. The candidate will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, client interaction, and handling complete accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients
Prepare and review financial statements with accuracy
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Interact with clients for requirement gathering and query resolution
Maintain proper financial records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors

Additional Responsibility:

Candidate will be required to deposit a security cheque of an amount decided by the company

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial statements
Experience in KPO / outsourcing accounting / Indian accounting processes
Good communication and client-handling skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in accounting tools (Tally, QuickBooks, Xero preferred)

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA dropout or relevant qualification

Experience:

4–5 years of relevant experience

Training & Terms:

3 months of training will be provided by the company
In case the candidate leaves the organization during or after the training period, training charges will be applicable as per company policy
