Job Description

Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the company's most important clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, drives revenue growth, and aligns customer needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with high-value clients and act as the main point of contact
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Prepare account plans, forecasts, and regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, product) to meet client expectations
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Handle customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for client development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding account performance targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
