Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts in the Energy and Metals sectors. This role involves end-to-end sales cycle management from lead generation and stakeholder engagement to negotiation and deal closure.You will play a key role in driving adoption of cutting-edge deeptech solutions emerging from India in the semiconductor and industrial intelligence space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow large enterprise accounts in the Energy and Metals industries.
Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting qualification proposal negotiation closure.
Develop strong CXO-level and plant leadership relationships.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams to deliver customizedsolutions.
Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Maintain CRM discipline and structured reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
34 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
Experience handling enterprise or large industrial clients.
Exposure to Energy, Oil & Gas, Metals, Steel, or Heavy Industry preferred.
Strong understanding of consultative/solution-based selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
