Job Description

We are on the look out for a Account Managr to work with a leading Digital Advertising Agency in Mumbai!

Job Summary:

The Account Manager will lead client relationships, overseeing strategic planning, campaign delivery, and team performance for key digital accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, client management, and creative strategy to ensure successful execution of campaigns that drive measurable results and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Lead the account management team in conceptualizing, briefing, and delivering integrated campaigns across digital platforms (social media, performance marketing, SEO, content, etc.).
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure campaign excellence and timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present actionable insights and reports to clients.
  • Oversee budget management, project timelines, and resource allocation for multiple clients.
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within a digital or integrated advertising agency.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, social strategy, content marketing, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and ROI.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with regional or multinational brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital reporting dashboards.
  • Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
