We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team and work closely with the Founder's Office. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, customer success, and strategic initiatives, making it ideal for someone who wants high ownership, fast learning, and direct exposure to leadership.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while collaborating closely with internal teams and founders to ensure customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Relationship Management
Own and manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary relationship manager.

Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support for clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue.

Support the sales pipeline by coordinating with internal sales and delivery teams.

Track account performance, revenue metrics, and client health.

Founder's Office Collaboration
Work closely with the Founder's Office on strategic initiatives, key accounts, and special projects.

Assist in preparing sales reports, client insights, and growth plans for leadership reviews.

Gain exposure to business strategy, pricing discussions, and decision-making processes.

Client Communication & Coordination
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

Gather client feedback and share insights to improve offerings and processes.

Maintain high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.

Process & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales data, and account documentation.

Contribute to improving sales and account management processes.

Support forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Requirements
14 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Success, or Business Development.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
