What We're Looking For
We're looking for an Account Manager who's not just great at client communication but also understands performance marketing inside-out. You'll be the glue between our internal teams and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, strategy alignment, and top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Timely Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Ensure prompt responses and proactive outreach to maintain smooth client relationships.
2. Weekly Reporting & Updates
- Share weekly updates and insights with client groups to keep them informed of performance and progress.
- Address client concerns and queries in a structured and data-driven manner.
3. Monthly Reports
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, covering key metrics, insights, and actionable next steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and impactful reporting.
4. Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
- Set clear agendas, document key takeaways, and follow up on action items.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Liaise with the finance team and clients to resolve any billing-related concerns.
- Provide strategic inputs to enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance.

What You Bring
- Experience in client servicing, account management, or project management in a marketing, digital, or branding agency.
- Strong understanding of D2C, digital marketing, branding, and design concepts.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, and project management software.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
