VisiLean, the solution, is a cloud-based construction management solution that addresses the core of production for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) projects globally. As a planning, execution, and monitoring tool, VisiLean allows you to define realistic plans by integrating with your project schedule and BIM models for live tracking of your project.

Role Description

This role is centered on relationship management, strategic planning, and driving account growth. Monthly and quarterly plans should focus on proactive communication, performance tracking, and aligning solutions with client objectives to ensure long-term success and profitability.

The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and exceptional service. The account manager must aim to maximise client satisfaction, retention, and profitability by understanding client needs and aligning solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the AEC discipline with a Master's degree in the domain of Construction Project Management or similar management fields.

• Relevant field experience between 3-5 years in a similar role or in construction, preferably in multiple locations and cultural settings, with strong practical knowledge.

• Expertise in Project Planning and Project Management practices.

• Knowledge of project design and delivery tools (BIM), Lean Construction theory and practices and their interface with project systems is a mandate.

• Excellent command over communication.

• Experience in working with clients. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic alignment of the solution.

• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

• Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals.

• Collaborate with Customer Success team to develop strategic plans for meeting KPIs.

• Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to better upsell.

• Manage expectations through close coordination and regular meetings with the client.

• Liaise with Customer Success to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
