  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans efficiently
  • Work diligently and deliver to deadlines
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
  • Good client engagement skills and ensure all solutions provided are in tandem with the clients objectives and meet quality parameters
  • Track all media deliverables and ensure deliverables for Clients targets
  • Areas of work experience must cover an understanding of lead generation campaigns, social media, website & landing pages, mobile marketing, SEO & analytics
  • Effectively position the Agencies services with a focus on Client retention and additional business generation
  • Experience in B2B is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • A great attitude
  • 4-5 years of pure play digital marketing understanding & expertise and not more than 5 years of experience
  • Help the Clients achieve business objectives and revenue targets for the Clients managed under him/her
  • Understand the Clients business issues and convert them into briefs, work through the development process from brief to creative concepts and execution
  • Certifications in digital marketing would help
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the agency
