UPS Express Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven Account Manager – Business Development to accelerate revenue growth, acquire new customers, and manage strategic B2B accounts in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Design and propose customized logistics and supplychain solutions
  • Sell UPS express services and technology-led solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Pricing, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Build strong, longterm customer relationships focused on value and retention

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of B2B corporate sales experience (logistics/express industry preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
