Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Shankarpalle. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop lasting client relationships. Key responsibilities include tracking sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, preparing reports, supporting sales strategies, and liaising with operational teams to meet client needs. The role requires active communication, coordination with internal stakeholders, and a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client account management and relationship building
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting
  • Understanding of the cement and construction industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams on-site
